Our Impact
To date, SheEO Foundation has made giant strides in a bid to lift up women entrepreneurs. Here are some of the key accomplishments:
Women Trained: So far, we have trained over — women on comprehensive financial literacy and business management, through which their capacities are built to make informed decisions on their financial wellness and business development.
Women Mentored: Through our mentorship program, — women entrepreneurs have been provided with mentors who give experienced guidance and support, complete with industry insight.
Microloans Disbursed: We have accessed capital for over — women through our micro-loan facility, totaling Ksh —, at an impressive payback rate of 95%.
Programs and Initiatives
SheEO Micro-Enterprise Accelerator Program was tailored to equip women with skills in financial literacy coupled with business mentorship and access to capital.
Mentorship Program: Under SheEO mentorship, women entrepreneurs are paired with various industries experts for a one-on-one mentorship.
Community Supports: We facilitate a support network that enhances teamwork and mutual growth through peer-to-peer mentorship and savings groups.
Partnerships and Collaborations: We partner with other like-minded organizations in recruiting beneficiaries for our program and in the effective delivery of our mentoring initiative.
Long-term Vision:
By the end of five years, increase the number of participants to 5,000 women.
Expand the pool of mentors so that as we grow, we are maintaining a 1:5 ratio.
Grow our micro-loan fund so more women are supported.
