Who We Are
SheEO is such a dynamic nonprofit organization, too, looking to serve each woman and assist them in developing their entrepreneurial efforts. We run programs and individual interventions while providing our Members with the knowledge, skills, and resources to make it happen in today’s contesting landscape.
At SheEO, we offer a continuum of impactful interventions designed to support women in every stage of their journey as entrepreneurs. The training involves:
Financial Literacy Training: This provides the women with knowledge and skills to enhance their ability to make financial decisions.
Business Mentorship: Each of our women is provided with one-on-one mentorship for guidance and support in formalizing her business processes, achieving productivity, and overcoming hassles.
Access to Capital: Facilitating access to capital and funding opportunities that assist women in starting or growing a business to achieve the goal of economic independence.

Our Story
A Passion for Empowerment
At the heart of our mission stands a dedicated and passionate founder: Lindah Lucy. Her life has been in the service of breaking down barriers for women entrepreneurs hailing from marginalized communities, driven by the vision of meaningful empowerment under an umbrella of inclusivity and equity.
The passion for sustainable economic development overflows to affect daily life for Lindah. Different experiences have kindled this passion and given voice to her mission of creating a solution to financial exclusivity, which would end cycles of poverty to support sustainable economic growth.
After leaving her corporate job, Lindah joined the non-profit sector at different organizations running Micro-lending and MAP Programs geared essentially toward women who sought economic empowerment. Indeed, her work at different organizations underlined the need to develop specialized solutions whereby women could access finances pointedly toward micro-entrepreneurship, in particular, those led by women.
Feeling a deep urge to support these women-led micro-enterprises through individualized solutions and increased financial access, Lindah founded the SheEO Foundation. This meant empowering women in economic independence not by way of handouts, but by giving them the tools and means required to do so.
Sustainable economic development finds its caricature in Lindah’s passion and relentless commitment to this noble cause. Her mission is very clear: to de-risk women’s businesses one micro-enterprise at a time, assuring that empowerment leads to lasting change and sustainable growth for women in marginalized communities.
